Please complete one release and registration form for each child.
Policies:
· A $50 deposit is due at the time of registration. The balance for each session is due the
week prior to the start date of the session. Registration will be forfeit if full payment is not
received at least one week prior to the session.
· Children must be age 6 and have attended kindergarten to register for KidsArt
· Staff and instructors at ArtCenter Manatee will not be responsible for administering over
the counter or prescription drugs to students
· Staff and instructors can not track students’ allergy or medical issues
· In fairness to students, staff and instructors we will not tolerate disruptive behavior during
camp for any reason. We reserve the right to ask a parent/guardian to remove their child
from the ArtCenter without benefit of a refund for monies paid for any/all camp sessions.
Cancellation policy:
There are no refunds for class cancellations and funds may not be transferred to a different
class or session.
Enrollment is limited and spaces are filled on a first come first serve basis. ArtCenter
Manatee reserves the right to cancel any session which does not meet minimum
enrollment, in which cas a full refund will be given.
The ArtCenter is a not-for-profit community arts organization, and we welcome students of
all creeds and ethnic origins. Scholarship funds are available. Please contact 941-746-2862
