The lobby area serves as a beautiful gallery with a high tech hanging system and track lighting. Directions: Take I-75 to University Pkwy. Head east on University. Take a left at the first traffic light at Market Street. Take an immediate left on Exchange Way. Turn right at the stop sign and watch for a pink building on your left which is the ComCenter. Images of trash, industrial decay, scrapes from car wrecks and highway markings become transfixed - political statements, paintings, sumi-e brushstrokes and dramatic abstracts. Whatever the process - broken or toy cameras, medium format or a large format camera customized for hi resolution digital - "Through the Blue Door 2" conveys the artist’s concept, regardless of the circumstances.
