Registration
Class registration requires a non-refundable $20 deposit with the
balance of the class fee due one week prior to the first class.
Workshop registration requires a non-refundable $50 deposit with
the balance due one month prior to the date of the workshop.
Cancellations
ArtCenter Manatee reserves the right to cancel a class
due to insufficient enrollment. Students will be contacted
and given the option of a full refund or a credit for another
class.
Cancellation/Withdrawal
Once a student has registered for a class the following
cancellation fees apply:
- Cancellation or transfers prior to one week before the
first class results in a refund or credit minus the nonrefundable
deposit. Allow 10 – 14 days for processing of
a refund.
- Cancellation within one week of the first class of the
session or after the class has begun results in no refund.
Cancellation of a workshop before 28 days prior to the
workshop date will result in a refund or credit minus the
non-refundable deposit.
- Workshop fees are non-refundable within 28 days of the
workshop date.
- Registering for a class is a commitment to attend all the
classes in a session. If a student is unable to attend one
or more classes in a session there will be no reduction in
the cost of that session. There are no refunds, transfers
or credits once a class has begun.
Supplies
Materials and supplies are not included in the class fee
except where noted. Please request a supply list when
you register. You will also find supply lists on our website,
